Shoreview Cottage is a luxurious 3-bedroom vacation rental that invites you to indulge in the ultimate lakeside adventure, where every moment is steeped in tranquility and luxury. Nestled among pine and birch trees, Shoreview Cottage is conveniently located just 7 miles west of Minocqua, where shopping, dining and exploring meet small town elegance.
Beautiful Lake Shishebogama can be enjoyed from every room through gorgeous Marvin windows, bathing the entire house in warm, natural light. Patio doors lead to the expansive deck with awe-inspiring views of the sun dancing off the lake below.
The kitchen has been perfectly appointed for all your needs, making entertaining and dining in a memory instead of a chore. There is a movable island in the cubby area which can be moved into the kitchen for meal preparation and presentation. And then, you can return it to the cubby area for more kitchen floor space (or not).
At the other end of the great room is a beautiful corner fireplace, flat screened TV and comfortable furniture which will make even a rainy day seem perfect! Off the living area is a vaulted ceiling sunroom with another sitting area and a birch tree vista.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a king-sized bed and a lake view, helping guests have the sweetest dreams after a busy day on the lake. On the first floor, the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a corner shower and adjoining laundry room with washer and dryer.
The second bedroom on the main level is unique with the bedroom at one end and the sunroom at the lakeside end. The optional room divider can be opened to provide some privacy---but can be left closed to fully enjoy this beautiful sloping ceiling sunroom with wonderful lake views and a birch tree vista.
Now---let's go upstairs! An expansive family room has a sitting area, large screen TV, and a table and 4 chairs. A pool table is part of this wonderful room with amazing lake views! On the west side, the third bedroom with a king-sized bed has an ensuite bathroom and large closet.
Shoreview Cottage is a great destination in any season, even the fall and winter, too! The beautiful colors of autumn reflect on our serene lake! A brisk hike or bike ride on the Minocqua's Bearskin trail is a memorable experience. Shoreview Cottage is on a snowmobile trail with access to over 1000 miles of groomed trails and just minutes from Winter Park, with cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
