Northern Lights Lakeside Retreat welcomes you and your guests into a bright entryway with plenty of space for your jackets, coats and shoes. A cozy reading nook is nestled in the corner, begging for you to relax and unwind with a good book. Walk into the modern kitchen and living room with cathedral ceilings and plenty of natural light, spacious enough for the entire family. Relax in front of the fireplace or entertain around the large kitchen island after a day exploring underneath the pine tree canopy. The Kitchen walks out onto the deck overlooking McNutt Lake, a perfect place for your morning coffee and glimpses of eagles overhead. Just off the living area is the all-season porch with a glowing fireplace and cozy seating.
The main level also features a full bathroom and the owner suite with ensuite bath. A washer and dryer, also on the main level makes it easy to dry your beach towels after paddling through the lake. The lower level offers three additional bedrooms, all perfectly appointed with luxury sheets to help you dream up more Northwoods adventures in your sleep. The lower level has another full bathroom and spacious living area that opens to the lake front and partially covered patio area. Walk out to the fire pit and roast marshmallows as you watch the night sky light up with stars above.
Take a break from paddling the lake and fishing off the dock to explore all the Northwoods has to offer! Northern Lights is just minutes from downtown Minocqua and exciting adventures like Northwoods Zipline or the Wildwood Wildlife Zoo. Head into town for a bite at the iconic Thirsty Whale to watch the Min-Aqua Bats or head to The Boat House to dine on the deck overlooking the Minocqua chain of lakes. In winter, explore the 1000+ miles of groomed snowmobile trails, or stop at Gaslight Antiques to shop old Northwoods treasures.
