Important Updates about the Covid-19 Pandemic
The health of our staff and guests is always our top priority and we are monitoring the Covid-19 situation closely as it relates to the upcoming travel plans for our guests this summer. At this time, Wisconsin residents are ordered to “Isolate in Place” and limit travel. While vacation rentals are considered an essential business, it’s our preference to not accept reservations for stay dates within the period of the isolation order, and will contact any future guest should this affect their travel plans.
Our cancellation policy remains the same for all June, July and August reservations: Reservations cancelled in writing 60 days or more prior to your arrival will be refunded your rental deposit less a cancellation fee, after the property is rebooked. Reservations cancelled within the 60 days of travel are non-refundable and due in full.
Exceptions to our cancellation Policy as recommended by the CDC:
- If you are traveling from a country or a region where there is a ‘cluster’ of cases ( several hundred for example) then we encourage you to reschedule your reservation if your reservation dates fall within the next two to four weeks.
- If our community becomes an epicenter for outbreaks, we will of course, encourage travelers to reschedule their travel plans to a safer vacation time.
- If a travel ban is federally or locally mandated, we will follow all recommendations placed and help guests reschedule their reservations for future dates when it’s safer to travel.
